On Sunday, March 24, 2024, the Open Zeeuws-Vlaamse Badminton Championships will be organized in the Vliegende Vaart sports hall.
Participation is open for all players.

Maintournament:
Registration in this category is for competition players up to and including the 6th division.
Side tournament:
Registration in this category is for competition players in the 7th, 8th and 9th division.
Recreational tournament:
Registration in this category is possible for all recreational badminton players who are 16 years or older and for players in the Doubles competition.
Junior tournament:
Juniors I: Registration for youth players from 13 to 15 years old (Reference date September 1, 2023)
Juniors II: Registration for youth players from 10 to 12 years old (Reference date September 1, 2023)
Juniors III: Registration for youth players under the age of 10 (Reference date September 1, 2023)

IN THE EVENT OF INSUFFICIENT REGISTRATIONS IN ONE CATEGORY, THE CATEGORIES WILL BE MERGED.
The game will be played on Sunday, March 24, 2024 from 9:00 to 19:00. Both the Juniors and the Seniors will play that day. Depending on the number of participants, the Tournament Committee (T.C.) may limit the number of game components.
Game format:
The matches are played in a pool format/elimination system.
Cost:
€4.00 per part for youth players and €7.00 per part for seniors. Entry fee includes tournament fees to the badminton federation. To be paid during the registration at toernooi.nl. No refund after registration.
Shuttles:
Nylon shuttles (Yonex Mavis 300) are provided by the tournament committee. If both parties agree to play with other shuttles (feathers), they have to provide these shuttles themselves.
*** If in the opinion of the T.C. a player has been registered in the wrong category, and if there is insufficient participation in a category, the competition management may deviate from the registered category. If the participation is too large, the T.C. may split a category (for example Recreational 55+). The T.C. decides in all disputes.
